Financial Mismanagement

The Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy makes every possible effort to prevent, detect, and rectify any irregularities occurring within the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme.

Irregularities may include, but are not limited to, the misappropriation of funds, corruption, theft, embezzlement, fraud or other crimes against property, the falsification of documents, the improper acceptance of gifts or other benefits, undisclosed conflicts of interest, breaches of codes of conduct, sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment, the concealment of material information, the misuse and/or disclosure of sensitive data, and violations of public procurement regulations.
